I write on behalf of Zelia Veronica Cuoto simply to say she is an incredible caregiver and life saver. I honestly do not know how anyone can have a baby without her! I originally hired Zelia as a baby nurse for the first 3 weeks after my son Benjamin was born. He is my first child and a genuinely good baby, but I quickly realized I was in over my head. When Zelia found me 5 days after giving birth I was in tears and exhausted, she immediately took charge and helped steady the ship. She has not only taught me how to physically care for my baby but also how to balance Zelia Couto being a mother with having a life and taking care of myself.

I trust Zelia completely with my child. When she is in charge, I can take a nap and actually sleep! She is incredible with both my infant and 4 year old step daughter. There are some people who just have a magical ability to connect with children and she is one of them. Her kindness, empathy and calmness have helped me keep my sanity and allowed me to grow infinitely more confident ;n my own skills and judgement as a mother.

Zelia has become part of our family and I actually can't imagine what it will be like when she leaves...but because of her help, instruction and love I know we will survive! If there are any questions please don't hesitate to contact me. I love discussing how much I love Zelia and how wonderful she is! In hindsight, hiring her was the best thing I did for myself and my family in those early infant days. I wish I could keep her forever!
